Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our SAP Concur team in Midrand, South Africa.

Responsibilities include:

1. Proactive involvement in business process improvement and SAP Concur enablement initiatives, including implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP Concur.
2. Conducting business needs analysis and identifying key business challenges.
3. Analyzing authorization and approval business processes and workflows for Expense and Invoice.
4. Understanding SAP Concur product functionality and its relation to business users.
5. Gathering functional and business requirements from clients and translating them into the scope of Concur products/services.
6. Identifying opportunities for improvement to achieve clients' desired business outcomes.
7. Assisting in defining the 'To-Be' stage of processes, solution application requirements, and performance measurements.
8. Developing deployment and enablement strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve the 'To-Be' stage effectively.
9. Managing and conducting deployment activities and measuring achievement of desired outcomes.
10. Supporting large-scale transformational change efforts, including efficiency, effectiveness initiatives, organizational restructurings, and capabilities development.
11. Supporting the team with building the opportunity pipeline and proposals to clients.
12. Collaborating effectively within a team and working independently.
13. Leading a team of SAP Concur specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Concur, including system administration and configuration.
• 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in a technical or financial systems environment.
• Strong expertise in travel and expense management processes and best practices.
• Proven project management and process optimization skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• SAP Concur certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with other financial systems and ERP integrations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
