Job Summary

Contribute to tactical planning from an operational perspective. Implement and deliver approved operational plans. Accountable for management in terms of: people, process, applied technology, budget.

Job Description

1. People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development.
2. Business Management: Allocate duties to team members in order to achieve operational targets, including prioritisation and work schedules.
3. Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
4. Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities.
5. Reporting: Provide reporting of inbound and outbound calls and maintain standard reporting templates against relevant requirements.
6. Achievement of Financial Goals: Achieve annual sales targets according to business objectives, potential and growth, through delegation and close monitoring of the performance of Contact Centre Agents (CCA).

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
