Purpose

To ensure the optimal functioning of the sales and customer experience departments to maximize recoveries and units' sales, and to grow the customer base to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Align and achieve sales targets with planned business objectives.
  2. Monitor sales performance to meet budget targets and maximize revenue.
  3. Ensure recovery ratios align with the strategic sales plan.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing for effective business growth through relevant plans.
  5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement for industry leadership.
  6. Provide solutions to challenges and ensure effective issue resolution.
  7. Oversee sales performance, reporting, and stock planning for sales maximization.
  8. Manage departments related to repudiations, customer experience, and auctioneering for effective performance.
  9. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legislative requirements, and business rules.
  10. Oversee lead management systems and web-based initiatives.
  11. Build and enhance relations with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and agents.
  12. Sustain strong relationships with buyers through regular interaction and attention to expectations.
  13. Provide regular sales performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
