The role involves growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value Growth Segment relationships by partnering for growth. This is achieved through proactively providing high-end differentiated services and value-adding solutions to clients.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within Relationship Banking. Experience in Agriculture and Business industries is preferable. Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with a CVP of R100m per client. Knowledge of business operations, as well as understanding business, industry, and financial risks. Previous experience as an Account Analyst or Relationship Manager servicing business customers and preparing credit applications is advantageous.
