Reporting to the Head of Public Policy and Regulatory, this senior position is tasked with ensuring the organization''s understanding and adherence to evolving regulatory standards. The manager will monitor regulatory trends, provide strategic advice to senior management, and lead the development and execution of implementation plans for compliance. This role requires collaboration with legal, compliance, and risk teams to create internal policies, conduct research. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and summarize regulatory developments for PSG divisions.
  • Collect and submit comments on proposed legislation.
