Mission / Core purpose of the Job :
- Align the product strategy and development objectives with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and enhance digital products, services, and capabilities to support the proposition strategy and business plan, managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Segment team to develop and implement digital products according to service catalogues and roadmaps.

Strategy
- Align product strategy with business goals.

Product Development
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
- Utilize development methodologies to create new products and services.
- Manage product marketing principles to meet customer needs, including segmentation, pricing, and promotion.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare specifications, manage change requests, and oversee implementation.
- Participate in project planning, decision-making, and technical review processes.
- Ensure product integration with relevant systems and compliance with policies.
- Monitor project progress and manage third-party contracts for product delivery.
- Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
Customer Focus
- Align service delivery with market and business needs.
