Position: Manager - Performance Marketing

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of developing and executing high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving subscriptions and viewership growth by leveraging consumer insights, market analytics, and continuous optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar growth-focused role.

Hands-on expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.

Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse historical trends in brand and content performance to identify scalable opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tracking publisher data from platforms like Google, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
  • Adapt strategies quickly based on changing market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Devise and implement performance marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • Translate marketing objectives into actionable and measurable growth plans with clear KPIs.
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across Facebook, Google, affiliates, and programmatic platforms with a test-and-learn approach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing strategies and execution.

Data-Driven Optimization & Growth Hacking:

  • Own the marketing funnel—monitor, analyse, and optimize campaigns in real-time for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Leverage advanced analytical tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Looker to track performance and uncover actionable insights.
  • A/B test creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to iterate fast and scale winning strategies.
