Position: Manager - Performance Marketing
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of developing and executing high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving subscriptions and viewership growth by leveraging consumer insights, market analytics, and continuous optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar growth-focused role.
Hands-on expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.
Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results.
