Warehouse management and / or Supply Chain diploma and / or 5 years warehousing experience in Inventory management
Advanced computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Advanced knowledge of WMS - CargoWrite
Job Related Requirements
3-year experience and effective working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System
Excellent housekeeping and experience in Retail Logistics sector
Extensive operational knowledge including inbound, stock management, outbound / order fulfillment, return processes, packaging, facility housekeeping, batch and expiry control, audits, SKU management, space utilization, pick-face replenishment, serial number management, expiry management, and variance measurement
Problem solving skills including root cause analysis and corrective measures
Managerial functions : planning, organizing, leading, controlling, monitoring
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Full site compliance including policies, regulations, work instructions, maintenance, and local authority requirements
Stress and conflict management skills
Knowledge of SHERQ standards, ISO , ISO
Commercial acumen and experience managing client and supplier contracts, SLAs, and risks
Financial acumen for cost control
Leadership skills for training, performance management, and IR knowledge

Main Purpose of the Role
Maintain operational performance, meet KPIs, implement productivity and cost-saving improvements, manage operational, personnel, quality, safety, and financial aspects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Staff discipline and performance management
Maintain equipment and facilities
Meet client expectations and develop solutions for continuous improvement
Manage daily operational performance and employee development
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
Support client with customized solutions and process improvements
Plan and execute cycle counts, ABC analysis, and other inventory processes
Investigate and complete CAPA documents related to errors and KPI issues
Create and maintain reports in line with KPIs and contractual obligations
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and perform ad hoc duties as required
Maintain communication with clients and build supplier relationships
Monitor inventory levels, control damaged stock, and ensure process adherence
Manage facility maintenance and cleanliness
