At least 7 years experience in a related role, with 3 years at a unit managerial level or in a functional / specialist area

Advantageous:
NQF 7 (Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Mining Engineering
Completion of a Middle / Executive Managerial Leadership Programme

Leading and driving Underground Operations continuous improvement projects and initiatives
Driving a culture of Safety ownership with a strong emphasis on behaviour-based safety
