Job Description

To facilitate, coordinate, and align processes and communication in support of increasing efficiencies and service delivery within the Real Estate Services property portfolio infrastructure and operations section. To optimize incident response and resolution by proactively gathering and disseminating information, identifying efficiencies, and monitoring project progress.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Experience

• 8-10 years of good understanding of Agile working practices and engineering project management.
• 8-10 years of broad exposure and knowledge of building engineering infrastructure management and delivery, including HVAC, fire detection and suppression, water reticulation, energy sustainability, and building structural design (CAD systems). Experience in solving complex infrastructure and application service issues, working in cross-functional teams to isolate problems and provide remediation plans.

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the country and externally to support service delivery and problem resolution. Review vendor contracts considering resources, forecasted services, and capabilities. Coordinate and align work processes to support efficiencies and eliminate overlaps.
• Maintain technical service catalogues, impact assessment outcome action items, and monitor their completion. Coordinate and align various workstreams where appropriate.
• Conduct post-mortems and incident reviews, draft documentation, and monitor action implementations. Facilitate incident impact assessments with internal clients to identify concerns and impacts.
• Draft and maintain impact assessment reports for technical services, understanding system criticality and potential operational impacts. Prepare documentation and action items for process or deliverable changes.
• Maintain close relationships with key business stakeholders and stay updated on business direction and technical service needs.
