Job Title: Manager Marketing Future Toyota Systems
Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg | Deadline: September 05, 2025
We are seeking a Manager for the Future Toyota Systems department based in Johannesburg (on-site). This role reports to the Senior Manager of Future Toyota Systems and involves managing a team responsible for developing and overseeing Fleet and Hino systems. The position requires collaboration with teams across Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Customer Service, and Connected Systems, as well as cross-functional teams within TSAM and the dealer network. Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key Performance Areas:
- Oversee and guide a team of business technology professionals, monitoring work and setting clear priorities and goals.
- Lead technology and digitisation initiatives for various departments and the dealer network.
- Manage system integration and coordinate the resolution of live system issues.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring resource allocation and timely delivery according to specifications.
- Foster collaboration and alignment between divisions in the Sales & Marketing Group.
- Engage with dealers and manage dealer-related activities for Fleet and Hino systems.
- Understand Systems Development and Maintenance processes.
- Manage vendors and prepare relevant documentation and schedules.
- Promote self-management and leadership development within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NQF Level 7 – (360 credits – 8 level framework)
- BCom in Information Technology Management (Advantage) or BCom in Information Systems (Advantage)
- BSc in Computer Science or Information Science (Advantage)
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience within the automotive dealer environment (Sales and/or Service) is preferable
- PC Literacy: MS Office (Advanced), SQL, e-Toyota ONE (Advantage)
