Job description

Purpose Statement

To drive digital performance marketing excellence by leading a team of Platform Specialists and balancing tactical/strategic oversight and hands-on implementation, ensuring that campaign execution aligns with overarching business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes.

To apply expertise in performance marketing, innovation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making and champion cross-functional collaboration, coach team members and continuously refine performance strategies to sustain growth and competitive advantage.

Experience

  • Experience: 7+ years in performance marketing
  • Experience in managing teams and aligning multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.
  • Proficient in GA4, bid management tools, A/B testing frameworks, and audience-building.
  • Experience working with a robust digital tech stack, including media buying, app attribution, GMP, analytics (GA4/Adobe), Meta etc.
  • Understanding of the SEO landscape and tools a plus

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • A relevant degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

  • Certification in Media

Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of all paid media platforms – PPC, social, programmatic, retail media platforms
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, retail media and marketplace strategies.
  • Advanced ability to interpret data, translate insights into strategy, and drive optimisation.
  • Strong grasp of multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling to evaluate marketing impact.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
