To apply expertise in performance marketing, innovation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making and champion cross-functional collaboration, coach team members and continuously refine performance strategies to sustain growth and competitive advantage.
Experience
- Experience: 7+ years in performance marketing
- Experience in managing teams and aligning multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.
- Proficient in GA4, bid management tools, A/B testing frameworks, and audience-building.
- Experience working with a robust digital tech stack, including media buying, app attribution, GMP, analytics (GA4/Adobe), Meta etc.
- Understanding of the SEO landscape and tools a plus
Qualifications (Minimum)
- A relevant degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of all paid media platforms – PPC, social, programmatic, retail media platforms
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, retail media and marketplace strategies.
- Advanced ability to interpret data, translate insights into strategy, and drive optimisation.
- Strong grasp of multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling to evaluate marketing impact.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
