Job Description Summary:

This role has four positions.

Job Summary : As a Global Retirement Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive retirement programs globally where the company operates . Benefit areas will include d efined c ontribution and d efined b enefits (pension) . The manager will collaborate with various departments, including Operating Units, Total Rewards CoE , Treasury, Procurement, HR Tech, Payroll, Employee Relations, HR, etc. Where applicable, manage vendor performance of Retirement programs

Key Responsibilities can include :

  • Lead project management of Retirement program changes (following standardized project management processes) across the world as assigned ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance to defined process, and employee satisfaction. Collaborating with partners (payroll, HR Tech, procurement, Communications, TR leaders, etc ) to ensure successful implementations .

  • E nsu re all legally required documents regarding the services are received, followed-up on and handed over to other functions for archiving in the employees’ files on a timely manner and the information is available for company audits and legal suits as needed.

  • Ensure existing Retirement programs (as assigned) are delivered accurately, customer needs are met, and execution is compliant with regulations and standards.

  • Respond to escalated issues pertaining to retirement programs from Vendors, teammates and management.

  • Appy your advanced knowledge of Retirement disciplines to identify solutions to complex global Retirement issues and to collaborate with peers, partners, vendors, and leaders in designing sustainable solutions.

  • Ownership and/or participation of vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SLAs and overall delivery provided.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retirement Benefit delivery

  • Proven problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and communication skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency .

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Knowledge of Retirement principles and practices .

Skills:

Pay Range:

$104,000 - $122,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
