Job Specification

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, overseeing sales, staff, inventory, and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• At least 4 years of related retail sales experience with a proven managerial track record
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of retail operating systems
