Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational expectations, ensuring stock availability.
  • Maintain good customer service standards.
  • Manage staff energy and morale.
  • Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
  • Adhere to security procedures.
  • Ensure merchandise and display standards.
  • Conduct quality checks, rotate stock, remove damaged/expired stock.
  • Prevent wastage, shrinkage, damages.
  • Verify correct pricing labels.
  • Complete administration accurately and promptly.
  • Analyze and update relevant information, take necessary actions.
  • Advise and listen to customers, providing product information.
  • Monitor budgets and profitability, make recommendations.
  • Optimize stock levels through effective ordering.
  • Manage employees to maintain standards with motivated, competent staff.

Merchandising Management

  • Conduct regular quality checks on merchandise.
  • Execute plan guide 100%.
  • Handle products as per SOP calendar.
  • Keep backup areas clean and clear.

Food Safety & Hygiene

  • Ensure readiness for ASAPIRAT.
  • Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure stock rotation.
  • Monitor adherence to food safety and health standards.
  • Implement and check cleaning schedules.

Customer Service Management

  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Assist with out-of-stock issues, explain delivery times, and stock availability.

Systems

  • Perform gap scanning for out-of-stocks.
  • Record out-of-stocks and over-stocks.
  • Process waste.
