Manager, Finance : Statutory & Regulatory Reporting Job Overview Business Segment : Insurance & Asset Management

Location : ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4

To provide comprehensive end-to-end financial execution for Insurance by taking full responsibility for the Financial Reporting team within the finance department, thereby supporting Standard Insurance Limited CFO.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: CA (SA) in Finance and Accounting

Experience Required:

• Finance & Value Management
• 5-7 years managerial experience
• Knowledge of insurance, with a focus on Short Term Insurance
• Experience in financial reporting for insurance companies, including IFRS 17
• Implement and maintain IFRS 17 standards, managing related software systems, infrastructure, and processes
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data (budget, actual, forecast) recorded in SAP
• Produce consolidation reports/packs as per Standard Bank Group requirements for the Insurance & Asset Management business unit
