The role is also expected to provide support and guidance on allegations, complaints, conflicts of interest and other matters relating to the Massmart' Code of Conduct and related Policies.FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES : Case ManagementManage cases received via various Ethics channels and ensuring timeous closure of cases.Allocate independent investigators to investigate cases received.Ensure that key stakeholders are updated timely on the progress of all investigations and influence the expedient and efficient conclusion and closure of the case.Ensure that the case management protocol is adhered to and the case management system is updated timeously.Maintain confidential procedures for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations.Training / Communications & AwarenessConduct training needs analysis on ethics and collaborate with Training and Communications Department in the development of training or communications and awareness material to be shared with associates.Coordinate ethics awareness campaigns with Training and Communications team with follow up on completion of training and escalate where possible.Ensure that all ethics related communications are effectively & timeously communicated to associates e.g.
