Job Description
To lead and manage the Enterprise Direct capability in a Province; to deliver the Provincial Enterprise Direct capability value proposition for Enterprise Direct. Support the Head of Enterprise Direct to drive and deliver sales and service solutions aligned with the Enterprise Direct value proposition, aimed at growing the customer base. Ensure the effective coordination of day-to-day Enterprise Direct operations across all value chain functions.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, or related disciplines, often with regulatory qualifications like FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services).

Business & Commercial Banking
8-10 years of proven successful sales experience in the financial services industry. Advanced product knowledge, including specialized products and financial structures. Strong understanding of Credit and Compliance matters. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Significant people management experience, including leading and motivating teams.
