Prepare reports on operational performance and cost savings.
Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing.
Develop cybersecurity awareness training.
Recommend hardware / software tools to management.
Promote ICT and cybersecurity best practices organization-wide.
Policy Review and Implementation Contribute to policy, procedure, and process development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Reporting Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Develop and align procedures with RAF's strategy.
Create reporting systems for management and performance tracking.
Stakeholder Management Manage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
People Management Lead, mentor, and develop ICT and cybersecurity teams.
Manage resources and budgets for security projects.
Implement HR processes to manage workplace conflicts and improve team performance.
