Job description

A vacancy exists in the Parts Supply Department, which forms part of the Customer Service Division and is based in Johannesburg, TAPC (Atlas Road). This position will focus on data simulations and strategic outlook to determine the customer demand for service parts.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Improve part availability for Rental and Fleet customers
  • Improve part availability during new model launches
  • Improve part availability during model run out
  • Simulate Vehicle sales data for demand planning
  • Implement and Maintain dealer stocking policy
  • Maintain VOR/ZEO Ratio
  • Maintain service rate at dealer level
  • Manage daily and monthly customer demand planning

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • NQF Level 6 (360 credits on level 8 framework) – Industrial Engineering or related
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in Data Simulation and Data sciences
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • PC Literacy (MS Office Packages, SAP R3 and G-Topas system application)
  • Good proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • People management experience
