Job Purpose
Participate in / identify value adding optimisation opportunities, design, and drive development of suitable solutions with the support of business and key stakeholders to implementation stage.
Job Responsibilities
- Seek opportunities to add value (regulatory / commercial / market / efficiency) by identifying and recommending innovative Tech-focussed solutions.
- Participate in development / enhancement of new and/or existing business systems to ensure that Credit Risk’s unique needs are continuously catered for.
- Understanding and documenting business requirements, to highlight perceived value for a business case and for funding purposes.
- Drive / participate in Pilots, system testing and/or sign off testing cycles in the staging and live environments.
- Build and manage strong relationships with relevant stakeholders for in-flight and implemented initiatives to ensure continued support and collaboration that deliver results within set timelines.
- Involvement in various change management and implementation initiatives and facilitate the retrospectives to ensure the initial identified value / benefit add has been realised.
- Provide progress reporting on in-flight initiatives and benefit tracking on implemented initiatives through data analysis and results presentation.
Minimum Experience Level
- 5 - 10 years' experience in banking / projects / technology environments.
- Intermediate / Advance Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies would be an advantage.
- Proven record of having previously identified opportunities and driven change in the business.
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma / National 1st Degree (NQF Level 7)
- SAFe Agile certification and/or Design Thinking Certification would be an advantage.
