A premier global developer and operator is seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for various corporate entities. This role involves overseeing budgeting, trend analysis, and accounting functions within the Design, Development & Construction division, ensuring projects are brought to life efficiently. The Opportunity
The Manager, Corporate FP&A will primarily be responsible for FP&A duties (forecasting, budgeting, flux analysis, etc.) of assigned Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield corporate legal entities and overhead business units.
This person will be the primary contact for administrative expenses (payroll, T&E, professional fees, etc.) and will oversee all aspects of the accounting function of our DDC (Design, Development & Construction) division, including supervising the work of a DDC Staff Accountant.
Our DDC division is responsible for bringing our development/redevelopment projects to life, managing the entire lifecycle of these projects.
