Overview

The Manager, Corporate Facilities is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility infrastructure of World Pac’s warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building repairs, preventative maintenance, security, and business continuity planning.
  2. Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and operational efficiency.
  3. Lead external vendors to ensure high standards of service and maintenance.
  4. Implement and maintain policies for preventative maintenance, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and system upgrades.
  6. Establish preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
  7. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, security, HVAC, and landscaping.
  8. Partner with EHS leader to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and workplace safety.
  9. Support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices within corporate facilities.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize office layouts and workspace utilization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in facility management, corporate real estate, or related fields.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  5. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  6. Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent industry certification.
  2. Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management.
  3. Background in managing corporate office environments and multi-site facilities.

Pay Range

USD $66,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
