Job Description

To provide subject matter expertise to Business, Commercial, Wealth and Investments, and Credit across the end-to-end remedial management of enterprise-wide distressed debt exposures. Provide solutions in remediation to the Business and Commercial Banking sectors, as well as in the Personal and Business Bank environments, either in-house (referred by Account Executives and Credit Evaluation Managers) or under formal Business Rescue proceedings (Companies Act) within assigned Personal-to-Holder mandates.

Qualifications

  • Type of Qualification: First Degree
  • Field of Study: Business, Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Legal

Experience Required

  • Credit Risk – BCB
  • Risk & Corporate Affairs

8-10 years of experience in Personal & Business Banking, Commercial and Business Banking credit environments, preferably in Credit / Risk Assessment, Client Relationship, or Recoveries roles. Experience in managing complex and large remedial cases and engaging with clients independently and with authority.
