To provide specialist advice and support in business enablement and the creation of information to inform decision-making.

Job Description

  • Managing Self and Others: Take responsibility for the effective management of others, even without direct reporting lines.
  • Dealing with Stakeholders: Manage the expectations of various stakeholders.
  • Business Initiatives: Drive business changes through book of work initiatives.
  • Business Testing: Perform testing and approval of business changes.
  • Documentation: Update and take ownership of business documentation.
  • Training and Development: Lead key training initiatives related to business changes.
  • System Management: Take accountability for business systems, addressing bugs and implementing key fixes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies are required.
