Job Description
Our client is in the automotive industry and is based in South Africa.
They distribute quality branded parts and components into the African market.
Manage the internal sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, while developing and monitoring all sales activities. Adapt processes to ensure the team meets industry standards, improve sales turnover and profitability, and support the National Sales Manager. Collaborate with support functions across the business.
Matric and/or Degree/Diploma in Sales Management.
Minimum 5 years of internal sales management experience in a medium to large environment.
CTC: R35 - R45 + commission.
