WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll support several senior leaders and their teams with a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong virtual working relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Calendar Management

  • Manage complex and evolving calendars
  • Reschedule meetings and travel at short notice
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts
  • Co-ordination of office events where required

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate travel with our travel provider
  • Manage visas and travel documentation
  • Support meetings and events using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Relationship Management

  • Build cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain CRM records accurately and in a timely manner

Expenses

  • Process time and expense reports
  • Handle multi-currency and complex expense submissions

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for French-speaking South African professionals based in Johannesburg who are passionate about providing excellent support in a global, fast-paced environment. You’re a positive, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, team-first setting. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.

Must Have:

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
  • Based in Johannesburg, South Africa
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Google Calendar
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience in an international or multicultural organization
  • BA or Master’s degree (optional in South African context)
