Job Summary

The ARO Treasury Capital team manages the capital adequacy and risk-weighted asset (RWA) reporting for Absa Regional Operations. This role focuses on the preparation and delivery of SARB RWA reporting, active capital risk monitoring, driving optimisation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, and managing financial resources for the ARO Legal Entities. The position requires collaboration with country Treasury teams, Finance, Risk, and Group Centre stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives of Group Capital management.
