Eduvos seeks a Manager: Academic Acquisition and Contract Management to lead academic block recruitment and contracts governance. Based at our Bedfordview (Johannesburg) or Parc du Cap (Cape Town) campus, the role drives attraction, selection and onboarding of qualified academic talent to meet workforce needs.

The position also oversees fixed-term, casual and contractor agreements, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, institutional policies and foreign national employment

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment for academic staff or education sector.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance for local and foreign nationals.
• Ability to oversee multiple recruitment projects and contracts administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead four annual lecturing block recruitment projects to attract and select academic talent.
• Oversee employment contracting, fixed-term, casual and independent contractor agreements.
• Ensure governance and compliance with institutional policies and employment laws.
