PwC is seeking an Audit Manager for its FSIIM division in Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing audit processes for large industry clients, managing projects, and developing staff while ensuring compliance with PwC's standards. Ideal candidates will possess a CA(SA) qualification and have a minimum of 3 years of audit experience, along with strong leadership and analytical skills.
Summary: At PwC, our audit and assurance teams provide independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information to enhance credibility and reliability for various stakeholders. They evaluate regulatory compliance, governance, risk management processes, and related controls.
In financial statement audits, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and issuing an auditor’s report with an opinion.
