COUPLE – MAINTENANCE & HOSPITALITY

Location: Herolds Bay

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: R10,000 CTC per month (per couple)

Introduction

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on couple to assist with the day‑to‑day management, upkeep and hospitality of the accommodation. This is a live‑in role, ideal for a couple who works well together, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and is comfortable handling both maintenance and guest‑related responsibilities.

Role Breakdown

Male Partner — Maintenance & General Management

• General Maintenance — Perform repairs and maintenance across the property

• Facility Upkeep — Ensure facilities, equipment and accommodation remain in good working condition

• Issue Management — Attend to maintenance issues and report major repairs

• Property Management — Assist with general property management and upkeep

• Grounds Maintenance — Ensure outdoor areas are neat, safe and well maintained

Female Partner — Housekeeping & Hospitality

• Housekeeping — Clean and maintain accommodation to a high standard

• Meal Preparation — Prepare meals and assist with cooking when required

• Accommodation Presentation — Ensure rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas are tidy and presentable

• Guest Support — Assist with guest needs and create a welcoming environment

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, housekeeping, cooking or hospitality (advantageous)
