HotelJobs is seeking a Hospitality Couple for a combined role: Maintenance/Workshop Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor in the Greater Kruger area (Mpumalanga). The total package ranges from R37,000 to R42,000 per month depending on experience, with separate allocations for the maintenance and housekeeping components.

The role requires hands-on estate maintenance, fleet workshop oversight, and maintaining luxury lodge presentation.

Formación

• Hands-on estate maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee electrical, plumbing, boreholes, fire suppression, and vehicle fleet maintenance; ensure OHS compliance and lead the maintenance team.
• Supervise housekeeping of suites and public areas, linen control, admin, and manage the housekeeping team to 5-star standards.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Role: Maintenance/Workshop Manager & Housekeeping Supervisor Couple

Location: Greater Kruger, Mpumalanga

Combined Salary: R37,000 – R42,000 pm total (DOE)

• Maintenance Manager: R25,000 – R30,000 pm
• Housekeeping Supervisor: R12,000 pm

Maintenance Key Focus

Electrical, plumbing, boreholes, state-of-the-art fire suppression systems, vehicle fleet maintenance, OHS compliance, and team leadership.

Housekeeping Key Focus

Suite & public area inspections, linen control, admin, and managing the housekeeping team to 5-star standards.
