Job description

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Management Couple to join a luxury lodge situated in EC. This live-in position offers an exciting opportunity for a young couple with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Salary : R40,000 – R50,000 (Negotiable, dependent on experience)

Location : EC

Job Type : Full time, Live-in

Key Requirements :

Experience in running or assisting with the operations of a 5-star property

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for guest interaction

Ability to entertain and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner

Hands-on and proactive attitude

Strong organisational and communication skills

Reliable and responsible team players

Previous lodge or luxury hospitality experience highly beneficial

Key Responsibilities :

Overseeing daily operations of the lodge

Hosting and entertaining guests to ensure a memorable stay

Managing and supporting lodge staff

Ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained

Handling guest enquiries, check-ins / outs, and general guest relations

Assisting with stock control, logistics, and administration
