Placements24 is seeking a Technology Strategy & Implementation Management Consultant for a fully remote role supporting clients in Paarl, Western Cape. You will shape IT roadmaps, advise on digital transformation, and lead the implementation of technology solutions with a strong business focus.

You bring 5+ years in IT consulting or technology strategy, strong communication, and PM skills, with experience in cloud, data analytics, and Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in IT consulting, technology strategy or related role with implementation focus.
• Proven experience developing IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, ERP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience working remotely and managing client expectations.
• Strong PM skills; familiarity with Agile is a plus.

You will advise clients on technology roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, IT strategy, and the successful implementation of technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine IT strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
• Advise clients on digital transformation opportunities, including cloud adoption, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, technology strategy, or a similar role, with a focus on implementation.
• Proven experience in developing IT strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and managing technology projects.
• Solid understanding of various technology domains (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solver, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
• Experience working effectively in a remote environment and managing client expectations remotely, supporting the Paarl, Western Cape area.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies are a plus.
