Qualifications

• Proven experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and business process re-engineering (BPR) methodologies.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and leading small to medium engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
