This role is located in Klerksdorp, North West , and requires the consultant to work full-time on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for proposed changes.
• Conduct pilot programs and monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
• Develop training materials and support client teams during the transition to new processes.
• Measure and report on the impact of process optimization initiatives, demonstrating ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in business process management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, or consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with client teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in management consulting is a plus.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Klerksdorp.
