Brief Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations, journals, and financial records in line with best practice.
• Oversee cash flow, payments, and debtor management to maintain financial health.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide costing, margin analysis, and reporting to optimise profitability.
• Deliver timely financial insights to both finance and commercial teams.
• Maintain and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills & Experience

• CA(SA) / Completed SAICA articles / CIMA qualified
• 3-5 years experience in finance or management accounting
• Exposure to international environments or exports industry beneficial
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (budgeting, reporting, margins, reconciliations)
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and advanced Excel
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
