Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join the finance team on a hybrid basis in Paarl, SA. You will budget, forecast, analyze variances and prepare management reports to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with CIMA, and has 4+ years in management accounting. ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel are essential.

Responsibilities
