Duties & Responsibilities

A well-known manufacturing company is looking for a Management Accountant to join their dynamic and tech-driven team in Cape Town! If you're passionate about helping SMEs thrive and want to work in a flexible, forward-thinking environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do :

1. Manage monthly accounting & processing for a portfolio of SMEs.
2. Handle payroll processing via SimplePay.
3. Oversee legislative compliance: VAT, PAYE, ITR.
4. Engage with clients to solve accounting challenges & build strong relationships.
5. Conduct Provisional Tax calculations and provide advisory support.
6. Work on adhoc accounting projects, queries, and financial management.

What You Bring :

1. Degree / Honours in Management Accounting or Accounting.
2. 35 years of accounting experience (client-facing preferred).
3. Articles completed & on track for CGMA or Professional Accountant (SA).
4. Experience with Xero, Dext / Hubdoc, SimplePay, CaseWare / DraftWorx.
5. Tech-savvy, eager to learn & thrive in a fast-paced environment.
