We are looking for a Mall Activation Agent that will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, and driving product sales within various retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Activation Sales: Connect with potential customers in your assigned malls / shopping centres to understand their financial needs better and drive sales.
• Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our banking and insurance services.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels for management review.
• Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.
