Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality maintenance results using your skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
  • Replace electrical fixtures such as breakers, ballasts, switches, and sockets; troubleshoot electrical hazards.
  • Complete preventative maintenance programs on systems like HVAC.
  • Repair interior walls, ceiling patches, drywall, and painting as needed.
  • Inspect building systems and report deficiencies.
  • Follow safety programs diligently.
