Candidates should have mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing knowledge, plus experience with lockout/tagout and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common industrial equipment faults.
• Experience with lockout/tagout procedures and general workplace safety.
• Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or be on standby for urgent calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial machinery.
• Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
