Responsibilities:

1. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems.
2. Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
3. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
4. Ensure mechanical systems are consistent with health and safety standards.
5. Maintain electrical systems, including replacing bulbs, cleaning, and repairing circuit breaker panels.
6. Assist in setting up and repairing ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
7. Maintain heating and plumbing systems for proper functionality.
8. Inspect alarm systems (fire protection) and schedule repairs.
9. Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
10. Undertake pest control activities, such as spraying insecticide.
11. Conduct general upkeep procedures, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
12. Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength, with willingness to work overtime.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
