Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Comply with internal procedures and current HSE regulations, in accordance with the safety role covered.
- Ensures compliance with the Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems, the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model as well as the implementation of the related internal operating procedures and instructions and/or those required by the relevant legislation.
- Ensures the effective and efficient operation of the production plants, utilities and infrastructures of the relevant plant, supervising all maintenance activities, both preventive and in the event of a breakdown, and coordinating both internal resources and, where necessary, external companies.
- Develops the maintenance budget.
- Coordinates, directly and with the support of the Foreman and Millwrights, the execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the plants.
- Ensures, directly and with the support of the Foreman and Millwrights, prompt intervention in the event of system failure, identifying the best solutions in terms of cost and impact on production continuity and providing instructions to maintenance personnel in the event of difficulties.
- Defines and agrees, in collaboration with the Production Function the necessary system shutdowns for scheduled maintenance or failures.
- Ensures all technological updating of existing systems, where necessary providing support in the design, developing drawings and technical data sheets and requesting any projects from external suppliers.
- Ensures the functionality, correct use, efficient maintenance and compliance with current safety regulations of maintenance equipment.
- Verifies and proposes estimates for goods and equipment needed for preventive, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the systems and ensures efficient management of the maintenance materials warehouse, for which he ensures the creation of periodic inventories.
- Is responsible for the management and development of the assigned resources, defining clear and precise objectives and constantly monitoring their activities and performances.
- Assures the correct use of PERSONAL and COLLECTIVE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.
- Implements rules and good practices to have NO JNJURIES.
- Requires and supervises PREVENTIVE and CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE.
- Ensure the strict implementation of all local and corporate regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions
