Qualifications

• Five years of post-trade test maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens equipment is advantageous.
• Required to work overtime as and when necessary.

Overview

Maintenance Shift Artisan - Fitter

Our client in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Maintenance Shift Artisan - Fitter to join their team.

Job Location: Gqeberha

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Maintenance activities in the Manufacturing Plant.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions in equipment or processes to determine causes and solutions.
• Required to complete 5Why analysis for each and every breakdown.
• Liaise with Shift Coordinators to assist on breakdowns and Preventative work.
• Accurate capturing of information on MP2 and OEE Halden System.
• Additional tasks in line with your maintenance responsibilities as instructed by the Superintendent.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical skills and relevant tertiary qualification
• Qualified Red Seal Millwright/Fitter essential
• Quality Management System understanding
• Five (5) years Post Trade Test Maintenance experience in a Manufacturing environment is essential
• Computer literacy essential PC skills (Word, Excel, Email, MP2 and Haldan)
• Problem solving techniques with Leadership skills and Communication Skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as an integral team member
• Great interpersonal and Communication skills essential
• Required to work overtime as and when required
