Job summary

Farm Manager SA is seeking a skilled farm operations leader to manage maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and irrigation systems across our South Africa farming operations. You will lead a motivated team, ensure equipment reliability, and drive safe, efficient farming practices on-site.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, proven team leadership, crop farming background, and valid driver’s license and passport for site operations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/maintenance qualification is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery.
• Extensive knowledge of repair/maintenance of farm equipment, irrigation pumps and systems.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in agriculture.
• Experience in crop farming.
• Ability to lead and work with a team.
• Computer literate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid passport.
