Maintenance Planner: Beverages

Job Description

THE JOB AT A GLANCE

To administer the planned maintenance system; scheduling maintenance tasks; as well as purchasing of engineering spares and stock keeping thereof. Maximise the effectiveness of the equipment & maintenance team through accurate work planning, control & resource management.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Creating and managing maintenance schedules
2. Maximize equipment reliability
3. Ensure equipment receives preventative care as needed
4. Maintain and adhere to maintenance budget
5. Maintain records of all maintenance logs for machinery
6. Development and implementation of maintenance plans
7. Developing detailed maintenance schedules for routine and major maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and overhauls.
8. Plan the major overhaul (shutdown) timeously
9. Support execution of the shutdowns
10. Manage the maintenance day execution

Essential Skills & Qualifications

1. NTC 3 & Electrical Tradesman qualification
2. Good Innovative thinking skills
3. Minimum S4/N6 with at least 3 years’ experience
