Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance schedules for all critical assets.
- Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks in collaboration with production and maintenance teams.
- Create and manage work orders and job cards using CMMS (e.g., SAP).
- Prepare and issue maintenance schedules ensuring resource availability (technicians, tools, parts, permits).
- Prioritize work orders based on urgency, safety, and production requirements.
- Monitor compliance to planned schedules and update accordingly.
- Ensure maintenance KPIs are tracked and reported (e.g., MTTR, MTBF, adherence to schedule).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and history of equipment breakdowns and interventions.
- Liaise with procurement/stores for timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in annual shutdown planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assign schedules on SAP system and coordinate maintenance planning meetings.
- Close out completed shutdown work orders and generate reports such as shutdown compliance, work order turnover, OEE, downtime analysis, and engineering reports.
- Manage work order management, filing, and archiving to ensure audit readiness.
- Participate in audits and update engineering board reports.
- Adhere to work order schedules and load new or alter existing schedules on SAP CMMS.
- Supervise safety permits, issue shutdowns, and coordinate progress meetings.
- Manage SAP user access requests and equipment hierarchy updates.
- Coordinate post-shutdown meetings, document, and plan all actions.
Requirements :
- Education & Qualifications : National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance planning/scheduling in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Hands-on experience with plant machinery and utilities.
