A leading healthcare group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure the effective maintenance of assets at the hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance work, ensuring reliability, and reducing maintenance costs while enhancing operational facilities. Candidates must hold an N6/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant operational role. The ideal candidate will also exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in a healthcare environment being highly advantageous.
A vacancy exists for a Maintenance Planner based at Life Groenkloof Hospital, reporting to the Engineering Manager. This role aims to ensure well-maintained assets and workforce productivity by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of workforce, parts, and equipment access.
