Maintenance Officer - Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility

About the Role

To continue the upkeep of our facility and grounds, a new opportunity has become available for an experienced All Rounder, Maintenance Officer, to join the team at Terrace Gardens Aged Care facility.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with a salary of $31.81 - $33.22 gross per hour. The role involves undertaking a range of generalist handyman duties to keep our facility in optimal condition.

You will also support and provide guidance to external contractors working on site to complete various tasks. This opportunity is suited for a proactive individual who leads by example.

Applicants should have previous experience in maintenance or a handyman environment and be able to commit to full-time hours.

Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working within an Aged Care facility and interacting respectfully with residents.
